range from $100 to $300 depending on the contract . . . and referral
fees are paid per contract, at closing.
Referrals come from many
sources, including . . . delighted clients, friends, neighbors, CPA's,
attorneys, financial planners, business brokers, business associates,
co-workers, and family members.
